Shelby Budde, COTA
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST ASSISTANT
Shelby holds a Bachelor of Science in Child Psychology from University of Minnesota and an Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy from Anoka Technical College. She has experience across the lifespan but specializes in pediatrics, where play and everyday activities are central to her therapeutic approach. Since joining the SPOT team in early 2022, Shelby has pursued advanced training in primitive reflex integration, trauma-informed care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Autism Spectrum Disorder-informed practices, sensory integration, and social-emotional development.
